Problem with anki, need help please

I have this issue that i don’t know how to solve, each time i try to open anki it shows this:

Anki was unable to open your collection file. If problems persist after restarting your computer, please use the Open Backup button in the profile manager.

  2. If problem still exists, report to add-on author.
