Hi my anki app on my phone isn’t syncing w/ my stats on my pc and vice versa, when I’m studying on my phone it doesn’t show on my pc. I keep syncing but nothing has worked.
Is it only the Stats that aren’t updating, or also the edits, study sessions, etc?
Have you double-checked that you are syncing both devices with the same AnkiWeb account?

Edits aren’t syncing either but only when i make them on my phone, I recently purchased the app version and when I logged into my web account it has different user names for my main deck.
Are you sure you bought AnkiMobile (find the best link at https://apps.ankiweb.net/) and not one of the knock-offs AnkiApp is not part of the Anki ecosystem - Frequently Asked Questions?
