Anki IOS does not show notes and images {{Image}} This didn’t work for me. May I please have a little bit more guidance

My media sync is complete but it says “ Missing files: ⁨25013⁩” in my check media area

You have confirmed it said “media sync complete”? https://faqs.ankiweb.net/media-files-may-take-time-to-sync.html Is syncing of sounds and images enabled in the preferences screen? Do the same images appear when you review with AnkiWeb?

I am having this same issue. I have confirmed that it says “media sync complete”. My preferences show that I have enabled sounds and images. When I am on the AnkiWeb version I still cannot see any media. Any help resolving this issue would be much appreciated.

Please log out/deauthorize in the preferences>network screen, then sync again. If problems persist, please point me to a specific card in your collection that’s not showing media on AnkiWeb, and I’ll look it up.
