Pre made deck has lost format

Hi! So I downloaded the “Chinese_Grammar___HSK1_-_HSK_6” from the open anki library and it worked awesome for the 1st 24 hours: it had sound and each word could be ordered to get a full phrase.

And today after syncing, it looks like this. I already tried to delete it, sync, then add it again and same.
Any advice?

worth noting that as long as i dont sync anki on my phone it still works in the phone
