Hello, my old computer is broken and I had 3 profiles with differents topics and cards on the same account, when I go to anki web, I only get 1 of the 3 profiles and I can’t access to the 2 other ones, I would like to access to these 2, please can somebody can help me to get my cards back on my new computer can @dae can help me ? or somebody else but I am in a really bad situation 
Only a single profile can be synced to an AnkiWeb account. If you have different users on your computer, each user will need to set up a separate AnkiWeb account for their profile. If you attempt to link two or more profiles to the same AnkiWeb account, you will overwrite the data from one profile with the data from the other.
Profiles are primarily intended to be used by different people, and are not recommended for splitting up your own content. If you have created multiple profiles for yourself, the best option is to merge them into a single profile. You can do so by exporting one deck from profile A, and then importing it into profile B, repeating for any other decks in profile A, until everything is in profile B.

Not sure we can do anything about it, maybe dae can see if you synced your other profile in the past and attempt to restore it, and in that case, will need to have a backup since restoring will overwrite your profile like mentioned above

If you had 3 Profiles on your old computer, you would have had to click File > Switch Profile to move from one to another. Was that what you were doing?
If you really mean 3 profiles – and not 3 decks – what NameLessGO cited to above is correct: you can only sync one profile to an AnkiWeb account.
So did you have 3 AnkiWeb accounts, associated with 3 different email addresses? Or were you syncing all 3 profiles to the same AnkiWeb account, and continually overwriting the account?

Okay, sorry I didn’t want to spam,
So I have one account with one email for 3 profiles so yeah on my old computer I kept switching between the profiles to move one to another.
I overwrited the account every time I think .
That’s never been possible. Either your other 2 profiles were never set up to sync with AnkiWeb [you would have had to set them up separately, and then you would have gotten warnings about overwriting your collection every time you synced], or they were overwritten by your most recent sync – the profile/collection you have now.
There are server-side backups for you account, but those are just snapshots of a moment in time – whichever profile you happen to have synced at that moment. They appear to be just earlier versions of the same collection from the past few weeks.
How broken? If you can salvage data from there – or from any other device involved in this syncing mess – or you have it backed up somewhere, that’s the only place those profiles/collections exist now.
