Paste without formatting?

When creating a flashcard, is there any quick way to paste just plain text without formatting? I’m speaking of when you copy and paste from a source like a website and into the field for the front or back side of a new flashcard. Usually I just want the plain text of what I copy, not its random font size or color, etc.

An option to paste plain text without its formatting would save me much time.

I’m using the AnkiMobile Flashcards app on iPhone.

I’m afraid AnkiMobile doesn’t currently have such a feature, but in some simple cases with a small amount of simple text, you may be able to approximate it by pasting the text into the HTML mode (</> button).
