Order of learning cards

Hi,

I have reviewed all my anki cards at least once (some more). And it was clear how anki was scheduling “new” cards. But I don’t understand how anki schedules my “learning” cards (in the red column not blue one on the desktop deck view). The below shows a photo of my card browser, it shows my most due card based on due date. But when I go onto the deck to see which one it is asking me to study, it is not this one - can someone explain how anki is deciding what I see next? (note:these are not in the green review column they are in red “learn” column so not in review stage)

If you increase your review limit and enable the v3 scheduler, you should find it works as you expect.
