Not receiving the email for confirming and activating my account

I tried to create an account with Ankidroid, and then from ANkiweb. In both cases, I did not receive the mail for confirming my account. I am locked. My email is @mandint.org and is fully active and operational. Could you check if tehre is a problem on Anki server side?

There’s only one account you can create – on the AnkiWeb site, whether you open it in an external browser or through the internal browser in AnkiDroid. If you did that multiple times, you might have multiple accounts.

I can only see the one that corresponds to the email account you use to post here. It was created a few days ago, and is not verified yet – but our logs show the email has been sent out from us, but was “queued” at your end. That might mean that your mailbox or your ISP/domain is blocking the email. I just triggered another message to send, so be sure to check your spam filter. Emails not being received - Anki FAQs
