I recently purchased a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+), and used the Samsung tool to transfer all files (including apps) from my old phone LG V40. When I opened the Anki app it worked OK, but there was no sound. I cleared all data, deleted the Anki folder, and re-installed but there is still no sound.
Can anyone help with this?
