Problem with sound

Hello,

I have a new phone with Android 10. I installed all my app, Ankidroid also. Everything synchronised, except the sound. I added more words with sound, what I said. The application work, but without sound. I made syncron on both phones, but nothing.
What can I do?

I made a full synchronisation, after was good.

I got the same problem. The app works well except the sound of the targets.
I have synchronized many times but the play button does not sound.
Can someone tell me how to solve it?
What mean full synchronization?
