No Due Date Showing?

Hi,

I was reviewing a deck of cards earlier this morning and realised that I hadn’t been shown some cards which I had gone through days earlier, and knew needed reviewing.

I browsed my deck to look for these cards and found that they had no due date and the rating was ‘0’ ?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

That would indicate the card was manually reset to new, using the Reset Card action in AnkiMobile, Reschedule in the computer version, or via an add-on.
