New or repeated cards are lost

Hello. With the update and switching to v3 scheduler, I’ve been noticing how repeated cards get lost, which are sent to repeat after 10-15 min. Sometimes red cards can hang for several days. Sometimes red cards are not visible at all, they appear by themselves. I can not understand whether it is a bug or such a setting.
I would be glad to explain in more detail, but I don’t understand the problem myself.

If you open the card browser, can you see your cards there?

Then, it is probably a matter of a deck settings. Check your daily review limit and other values.

It sounds like you may have changed your ‘learn ahead limit’.
