My computer was reformatted, how do i get back my account with all the data?

I tried syncing with my email, but i cant remember my password. is there any way to get back my data? or change my password?

this is my account, but i had another account with the same email with over 1000 flashcards and its gone, how do i get it back?

It’s not possible for you to have another account with the same email address. This account was created in October 2025 – did you have another account older than that? If you did, you must have used a different email address.
