My anki does not open anymore

my aki just stopped opening. No error message or anything similar appears. I don’t know if it’s related with that, but a few days ago, it was appering the following message “Please use the Check Database function then sync again. If problems persist, please force a full sync in the preferences section.” I use Windows 10.
