My anki does not work for the first 4-5 times that i try to open

hello. this started after i synced my account with anki web. i try to open anki (by clicking my 2k/6k deck) an error occurs.

Do you mean you’re trying to start Anki by clicking on an .apkg file? If so, what happens if you open Anki from the “Anki” shortcut that is placed on the desktop when you install Anki?
