Title: Issue with Multiple-Choice Answers in Anki (Incorrect Highlighting)

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with multiple-choice cards in Anki. When I create a question with three answer choices, where only one is correct, the following happens:
- If I select an incorrect answer, not only is my chosen answer marked as incorrect, but one of the other incorrect answers is incorrectly highlighted as correct (green).
I’m using Anki [version] on Windows and have the “Multiple Choice 12” add-on installed.
Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!

ich habe ein Problem mit Multiple-Choice-Karten in Anki. Wenn ich eine Frage mit drei Antwortmöglichkeiten erstelle, bei der nur eine richtig ist, passiert Folgendes:
- Wähle ich eine falsche Antwort, wird nicht nur meine gewählte Antwort als falsch markiert, sondern eine der anderen falschen Antworten fälschlicherweise als richtig (grün) angezeigt.
Ich nutze Anki [Version] auf Windows und habe das Add-on “Multiple Choice 12” installiert.
Hat jemand eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte und wie ich es beheben kann? Vielen Dank im Voraus
