Missing wheels for 24.06.3 on PyPI

The pre-built wheels for the latest release of Anki Desktop seem to be missing on PyPI. Given that they were uploaded on the same day last release, I wanted to post a reminder in case it was forgotten this time.

I use those wheels to provide a binary package for Gentoo.
