Menu Bar Doesn't Show Up

I am new to AnkiDroid, and creating flashcards to study Italian. I have an Android Phone and my desktop is Windows 10. On the back of the card, I want to add audio so I can hear the correct pronunciation. Looking at the Manual, it says that when I am adding a deck, a menu bar should show up.

But when I edit my deck on my desktop computer, it doesn’t show up:

What am I doing wrong?
