Media sync failed on Anki mobile

Can’t sync my cards from iPad for 3 days. This keeps showing up
I don’t have access any other WiFi at this moment

I’m afraid if your ISP or one of its international links is having troubles, there’s nothing that can be done other than to try a different connection, or to wait until the problem is resolved. In the mean time, you can manually transfer your data across: Collection Transfer - AnkiMobile Manual
