Unable to sync on anki mobile

Hey Team,

I’ve been experiencing intermittent syncing problems on anki mobile on IOS. It takes forever to sync and in the past, after awhile it usually fixes.

But today it has been happening for the past hour and the syncing process doesn’t seem to be completed at all. The circle just keep spinning and no cards are uploaded or downloaded.

Was wondering what I can do to troubleshoot?

Is it the spinner next to the sync button, or the one that appears in the middle of the screen? In any case, you should be able to abort the sync (or force close the app if it doesn’t work), and then sync again. Does thath help?
