I have done everything, I logged out and in, I tried syncing the iphone through cable with my desktop, I shared the deck online. But nothing worked so far.

The problem is that your cards have sound tags with “.MP3”, but the filenames are “.mp3”, which doesn’t match. iOS is case sensitive, so the files can’t be found if their case differs. If you select all your cards in the Browse screen of the computer version and use Notes>Find & Replace, you can replace MP3 with mp3 and it should resolve the issue once you sync to your mobile device.
