MathJax macros don't work in MathJax previewer. Any solution?

The new MathJax previewer is really comfortable to use, but I can’t seem to get it to render custom definitions I have set in my cards:

The definitions work when the card is being previewed, but not when I am typing the card in:

Any solution to this?

Yeah I get the same thing.

I use a lot of macros, so this is kinda annoying.
