MathJax doesn't render at all in the Decks section

I want to be as concise as possible. I tried to use both MathJax inline and MathJax block, and the issue persists. I even tried restarting the app but nothing.
Here’s the screen of the card in the review mode:

I didn’t have this issue previously. Please someone help me it’s not easy to understand MathJax without having it rendered.
