MacOs Apple Silicon: Anki creates multiple icons in recent used Apps segment in dock

I’m using the Apple Silicon Version of Anki (2.1.50) and although I have Anki fixed in my dock, it creates multiple instances of its app in the “recent used apps” segment of the dock at the right hand side after starting it:

I have removed and added Anki to the dock but this did not solve this error.

Are other people experiencing this too? It doesn’t seem to happen on a 12.3.1 system here. Does restarting your machine help at all?

I’m on 12.3.1 as well but unfortunately restarting my device does not solve this problem.
