I downloaded Anki to my MacBook Air and followed all instructions to launch. The following is a screenshot of the response. Any thoughts as to what is going on & how to get this program to work?

What you are seeing is normal and expected. The launcher is telling you to press the “1” or “Enter” key to install the latest Anki version. If you do so, the installation process should start.
