Since i didnt use anki app, i cannot use it anymore.
It says i should delete and download again.
Now it says i can’t it back because i delete the app.
It says my files is there…giving a link that brings me to the website. Not to my saved files.
I feel it takes engineer studies to understand the website “how to get back the lost decks”
My decks are still on ankiweb. I synchronise. But still dont have the app
Could you help me to find my decks.
Explain simply, please😉

Just to be sure, you are using the app from apps.ankiweb.net correct?
If you’re syncing with your account, it should download all the decks from AnkiWeb. Maybe give us some screenshots to see what is happening when you try to sync?

Ankidroid app on my phone
Here is the first image when i open ankidroid app
Then i click on restore from anki web
When i synchronize i just have access to ankiweb on my phone
