I synchronized my account and ever since then my deck is gone. However it does say that they are 19,26 MB of storage used so it must be somewhere, right? I’ve downloades the computer version but it also says I don’t have a deck. Does anyone have an idea if I can get it back somehow? Maybe through a backup that has been made before?
Yes, you can restore from an automatic backup in AnkiDroid. AnkiDroid 2.16 User Manual
Then you can force a full sync, to upload that to AnkiWeb. AnkiDroid 2.16 User Manual
When you sync make sure you pay attention to which direction you are syncing.
