I was switching data over to a new laptop but my laptop crashed and while the decks synced, I lost all my media files/images. Can anyone provide a solution or way I can get them back?

Unfortunately my previous laptop had a hard drive issue and so it lost all its memory which is why I can no longer sync my deck. I read somewhere that anki web has a 30 day backup of their own, does anyone know how I can go about this?
I have my exam soon and I really need to see my anki neuro images. Any help would be greatly appreaciated!
You don’t appear to have deleted any media files from AnkiWeb. There are media files available, and you may need to wait for them to sync.
