Left window dissappers while browsing notes

when i try to browse cards in my deck, the left window just does not show up. I mean the window that displays the card that you are looking at and I can also not close the browse window or anki itself, I have to force close it with the task maanager, can someone tell me what I should do, thanks in advance.

i was using image occlusion enhanced before

  1. What did you do immediately before the right panel/note editor went blank - something that resulted in deleted notes/cards?
  2. Does the same thing happen when you have all of your add-ons disabled?
  3. When you respond, paste what you get form Help > About > Copy debug info.

  1. I was jusst using the Image Occ. add on.
  2. no, because it always happens after using Image occ.
  3. it says " “TypeError: Failed to Fetch”

If its an error related to IOE add-on, you should contact it’s author.

1 & 2. That’s pretty important information! What about when you disable all of your other add-ons except for that IO add-on? If you get stuck in the same place, that’s a good sign it’s the IO add-on (you don’t say which one it is) – and you should contact the author. If it works fine, that’s a good sign it’s one of your other add-ons.

.3. If you can’t get Help > About to open, that’s a bigger problem here. You should disable all of your add-ons with #2 on the Troubleshooting Checklist (Troubleshooting - Anki Manual) and try to copy that again.
