Learning cards not reappearing

Hello,

I am also having trouble with re-studying the Anki decks after an hour when I have a customized schedule that should allow re-studying the cards.
For instance, this is the message I am relieving even after I have waited an hour.

Why is this happening?

Please select a card you have studied and think should be appearing again in the Browse screen, and use the Card Info menu item, attaching a screenshot here.
