Learning cards with a 1+ day delay are part of the review count now.

So after the V3 scheduler, how do i know the number of learning cards?

Does 1+ day delay mean cards that the card is overdue?

If you answer a learning card and the next step would make it wait until tomorrow or later, then it’s 1+ day learning card.
