Je rencontre depuis plusieurs jour le problème suivant : Lorsque je clique sur le paquet que je veux étudier, ce message apparaît « Félicitation ! vous en avez fini avec ce paquet pour l’instant. Si vous souhaitez réviser hors du calendrier, vous pouvez utiliser la fonction révisions personnalisées». J’ai beau modifié ces paramètres RIEN ne change. Que puis-je faire SVP ? Merci d’avance.
That means you do not have any cards due today in that deck. If you’re expecting something different, take a look at the manual and FAQ to understand why.

Merci pour votre réponse. Le soucis est que ce problème dure depuis +/- 4 semaines. Normalement les Paquets peuvent être révisés tous les jours (c’est comme ça que je pratique avec ANKI depuis des années!). J’ai bien consulté le manuel d’emploi sans trouver une solution à mon problème. J’ai même désinstallé / réinstallé le logiciel sans résultats. Le paquet dont question affiche constamment : Nombre 0 En cours 0 A réviser 0

(1) Have you searched in the Browse window [Français: Manuel de l’utilisateur] to make sure that there are New cards in that deck that are not suspended – is:new -is:suspended
? Or Review cards in that deck that are currently due and not suspended – is:due -is:suspended
?
(2) Is it possible you made changes to your Deck Options [Français: Manuel de l’utilisateur] ~4 weeks ago that could have caused this?
(3) Is it possible that you upgraded to a new version of Anki ~4 weeks ago? Since you’ve been using Anki for years, that might have triggered an update from the old v2 scheduler to the new v3 scheduler, if you hadn’t already chosen to start using it. (Support for the v2 scheduler recently ended.)
The schedulers handle daily deck limits differently, especially when it comes to parent/subdecks. Longtime users of v2 might need to adjust some Deck Options to get the same behavior as before.
If you want help making those adjustments, please post the Deck Options for the deck the cards are actually in, for the deck you are clicking on to study, and for any subdecks in between.
