Just ranting and sad

What happend ?

(1) I live in a third world country, where we have billing issues for online services.
(2) Years ago, I purchased AnkiMobile and Everyone was happy
(3) Yesterday, I tried to add balance to Apple account, and they locked my account
(4) tried to call them, chat with them, anyone help me or ticket or anything. and all they said is that your apple account is permanently close

What do I want ?

Can’t Ankimobile be free but with login screen to paid accounts ? like the app itself is free but once you open it, it will ask for email and password, and then check if that account is already purchased the [let’s call that - the MOBILE SERVICE]

Just feeling sad that I lost all my paid apps for whatever happened but I didn’t do it :frowning:

I’m sorry this has happened to your account. Hopefully you can find someone at Apple who will restore your purchases – Reinstalling - AnkiMobile Manual. AnkiMobile is a one-time payment, so as I understand it, if you already have the app installed, it should continue working.

In answer to your question: no, AnkiMobile won’t be switching to a different payment model. There are a number of reasons why – Why does AnkiMobile cost more than a typical mobile app? - Anki FAQs . Even if it were possible for AnkiMobile to do its own verification that you had paid, it wouldn’t help in your situation, because it sounds like Apple wouldn’t verify that.
