Is there any addon that collects user data and interacts with the user?

I want to create a plugin specially made for a group that use my decks. I want to collect their data and submit feedback forms for them to answer, and retrieve the answers to a database.

Is there any addon that does something like this? I am a python developer already, but have 0 experience with anki plugins… I don’t want to start from step 0. Thank you!
