Is there an option to add this key feature?

Hi everyone. Currently, when I key in the obverse a word or expression that is already added to the deck, Anki warns me with a red sign. The same doesn’t happen when I key in a repeated word or expression in the back.

Is there an option to make Anki tell you if the expression or word in the back is currently in the deck?

Anki doesn’t check other fields for uniqueness automatically, but the browser has a Find Duplicates option that can be accessed from Notes > Find Duplicates
