Is there a phone no to talk to someone to help me troubleshoot AwesomeTTS? No matter what instructions I follow online I can’t get Anki to generate sound for AwesomeTTS trial subscription and I need to get it straightened out before I start getting charged for it.
You can contact the maintainer of the add-on @lucw. I happen to use AwesomeTTS regularly, so perhaps I’m able to help you with the issues you’re facing if you post them here.

but note that the trial you’re referring to gives you access to all the premium voices, you won’t automatically get charged for anything unless you choose to.
