There are some special fields you can include in your templates:
This means that a few special fields exist, which are shown below in the code block. It doesn’t mean the manual only shows some of the existing ones.
Looking at the list right now, I think the list you’ve got is actually complete.

Oh yes, you’re right, some of the fields are special, not that these are some of the fields.
