Implement Additional Card Fields addon

There are some special fields in Anki but not all of them.

It would be great if Special fields addon would be implemented to Anki so it would be possible to use them in AnkiDroid as well. There are at least three comments on the addon website which wish the same.

I wanted to display easiness in cards but because FSRS will be implemented in Anki, I don’t need the special fields anymore.
