I have about 2,000 new cards in total.
The new cards available for today, adding all the subdecks, are 76.
Can I create a filtered deck of these 76?
Yes, use added:1 (cards added today) in the filtered deck

If you mean the new cards due for today (not added today), that’s not possible, AFAIK.
However, in Deck options> New / Review order, you can specify that you’d like to see new cards before the reviews due for today, maybe that option can work for you.

Thank you, but my objective was a pre-selection in the due news of the day.
