Struggling to download Anki on my laptop - mac 10.11.6 OS X El Capitan

I downloaded Anki for mac 10.10

But the fie won’t open, I receive this ‘resource busy’ message:

Please try restarting your computer, then opening the 35-alternate dmg again.
