I downloaded Anki onto my macbook. I moved it into the application folder and the Anki app is there, and it’s even in the desktop. The problem is when I try to open it, an error message pops up and says “an error occurred while installing the selected updates.” I searched all over google for fixes, and even contacted apple support, but had no luck with them. What should I do now? I just started school today and would like to use Anki ASAP.
