I am trying to import a spreadsheet or csv into Anki Pro. However, despite following the instructions in your video on using Front side, Back side, (and establishing the comma in settings) when I hit the import button, it still indicates ‘back side is missing’. I have attempted this several times without success. Please help.

Sorry to tell you, but that is a copycat trading on Anki’s good name. We can’t help you with it, and we hope you’ll complain and can get your money back.
If you want to switch to a real Anki app, you can find links at https://apps.ankiweb.net/, and help bringing your data with you in the FAQ – AnkiApp is not part of the Anki ecosystem - Frequently Asked Questions (the post only mentions ankiapp, but it applies to ankipro as well).
