Importing Ankiweb deck to Anki

I am trying to import an AnkiWeb deck to Anki but it is not letting me. It says file 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Log in to AnkiWeb in a web browser. You should see your cards.
  2. Log in in Anki with the same name and password.
  3. Sync
  4. Open the card browser to see your cards.

I did do that but it’s not working. Says 0 file.

Do you have the latest version of Anki? Or try to reinstall Anki.
