Image Oclusion symbol disappears

I have been a few years without using anki, so now i downloaded the newest version and the image oclusion symbol disappeared.

I have tried to add the add-on again and restart it, but nothing happened. I have also tried downloading older versions of anki, putting again the add-on and then when i restarted it the symbol would show and i was able to use it but once i closed Anki and the next day was ready to use it again, the symbol disappears.

I don´t know what else to do, please can someone help?

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro, macOS 11.6.8. and processor intel core i5

Can you check if the add-on is showing up under Tools > Add-ons and it’s enabled?
