I can’t download Image Occlusion onto my Mac

I own a mac and I have the latest update of Anki (2.1.54) . I downloaded both links available for IOS which were apple silicon and 10.14.4+ and I still couldn’t find the “tools” button to download the add on. I have been trying to find some other way to add inclusion, but no luck. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Look in the upper right corner next to the Apple sign. Tools> Add-ons as shown in pics
