I have made numerous flashcards with image oclusion, recenty, after syncronization with ankiweb images stopped showing. I only see the icon of an image, not an actual image. The problem exist not only on app but also on ankiweb as well. Before syncronization everything worked just fine on detoskop, but not on the ankidroid. Other decks that i imported from the web, that contains images worked just fine before i uploaded it to the ankiweb, so i assume that the problem is with the anki web, but how do i fix it? Thanks for help!!!
If this is still happening in desktop Anki, focus on that first.
Open the Browse window and look at the note that makes this card, can you see the image in the Image field? And the masks in the Question/Answer/Original masks fields? – If so, then the images are fine, and it’s probably a card template problem.
Click Preview to look at the card – does that show the image/masks as well? – If not, it’s definitely a card template problem.
If you can’t see the images in Browse, click <> above the those fields, and get the names of the images. Then run Tools > Check Media – are the images listed as unused or missing? Look for images with nearly the same names too.
