I have the problem that I bought Anki for my iPad, but I get maps from non-Apple users. Unfortunately, the toggle masks cards do not open when the image is used for multiple flashcards. Is there a way to synchronise this?
The toggle masks work very well on my Samsung device, only the error message type 400 is displayed when synchronising.

It sounds like not all the images have been synchronized yet. If you view the same card on ankiweb.net, does the image show there? If it does not, it indicates that AnkiDroid has not synced the image yet. If it appears on AnkiWeb but not AnkiMobile, then please try logging out inside AnkiMobile’s preferences>sync screen, then syncing again until it shows ‘media sync complete’.
