Image Occlusion bug: No image to show

Hi guys,
Lately I started to use Anki also on my Ipad via the Safari Browser.
Now since roughly that time the Image Occlusion add-on doesn’t work properly.
Everytime I want to review my cards the cards show “No image to show.”.

I see this message now on all my devices: Ankidroid, Anki on Ipad and Anki App on my laptop.
I already troubleshooted and didn’t find any similar problem.
Image occlusion enhanced add on works though.

That means the image or the necessary html is not found, see the following for ankis implementation:

Did you change the templates by any chance?
Can you verify in the card browser that the image is displayed?
Did you do something specific after which this issue started occuring? You said you started to use anki on your Ipad, but did you do anything else besides that?
