This is for a friend: he uses the i-phone app. In ONE of his decks the answer buttons stop working after 3,4 card repetitions, the anki screen freezes , he reloads the app, and again after 3-4 repetitions the answer buttons don’t respond. Strangely, at the same time the OTHER deck he uses at the same time all this time has not had problems. Both decks have media (sound and picture).
If Check Database in the preferences screen does not help, please ask them to post the email address they sync with to me privately, and indicate the deck with the problem.

worked perfectly, thanks so much for the great help and legendary program Damien!!! Pretty amazing how your program has helped my students not just learn English faster but also go on to learn a second language even programming faster!
