Your images are added to your notes as: <img src="blob:ankifile://editor/... – which is not what that should look like.
Did you create these notes by drag-dropping an image from another app (perhaps from Goodnotes)? There was an issue with that a few months ago, but it was fixed in February. I can see you’re using version 25.02 now, but did you make these notes before you updated to the current version?

I made that file in june
I made these notes the latest version. (after updated, I made that notes.)
(and I made that by drag-and-drop)
I don’t know why this problem that already solved happened again…
Will you try it again with a new image in a new note? Try both drag-drop and copy-paste and see if you get different results.

Can’t I restore files that are already damaged?
You can delete the “broken” images from those notes and add the images again. But I don’t think there’s any way to fix them other than that.
